Great Fire Ring With Staggered Holes Providing An Excellent Flame UPDATE: More photos added. We love this fire ring!The fire ring is very well built and has zero whistle. The spacing and angle of the hole makes a nice consistent flame. Much better than other brands that have all vertical holes.I ran my own gas line 20 feet across an unfinished basement and another 18 feet through the ground with gas risers on both ends. I went with only 1/2″ pipe and later found out I should have done 1″. I am still able to get a good sized…
and the flame is only about 6 inches high but it whistles like crazy when I open the gas wide open
