Piece of Junk We bought three of these heaters; two arrived on-time, one never showed up. Amazon sent a new “third” heater out – two days later it arrived. Assembled easily, but we had read the reviews so we knew they were not going to be perfectly straight and we had a bag of playground sand waiting to go in the bases. Obtained three new Rhino propane tanks from Lowe’s. None of the heaters lit. Called the customer service number in the instruction booklet – fantastic help! The man walked us through…
Works Great Instructions wrong. Not all hardware listed is actually in the box. After all that, unit lights but won’t stay lit. Goes out after one or two minutes. Now the joy of returning this giant thing.Edit: After searching troubleshooting information online for a day and doing everything in the “will not stay lit” sections, I decide replacing the regulator is the only thing I haven’t done. Can’t buy one at local Home Depot/Lowes because the fittings are the standard sizes those stores…
