Great Value I cut my own piping to mount this 2″ ID umbrella stand into the 1.5″ volleyball net hole in the cool-decking. I had to cut two galvanized steel pipes, one 2″ OD X 20″L, one 1.5″ OD X 27″ L. The product’s umbrella base pipe is 2″ ID so I slid the 2″ X 20″ inside the Umbrella stand (minus the cross legged footing), cut and wrapped a piece of 12″ X 1/8″ rubber (I picked up at Ace) around the 27″ X 1.5″ pipe….then jammed that inside the 2″ pipe. That left 7″ of the 1.5″ pipe extending long enough…
Stylish, easy to assemble canopy I was scared to open the box and set this up, but I was very surprised that this was almost ready in the box and very easy to assemble.This canopy is large enough for a set of 4 chairs and a must for the nice sunny weather especially if you don’t have a covered patio on ypur backyard like me.The solar powered led lights is a great plus. I like the on off button on this. So, you can turn it off and fully charge when you don’t use it. And turn on exactly when you need.Very easy…
