LOVE IT! Arrived in a huge box, item was well packaged. It arrived ahead of schedule. It is quite heavy so be prepared. Set up with 2 people is a breeze, taking it down just as easy. I fits back in it’s carrier bag. We had a lot of rain it’s first 4 days at camp and not a leak to be found.
