Great price, great product, superb customer service We didn’t think we would be able to get a retractable awning for less then $2000…. Turns out we were wrong. This awning is large enough to cover our 16 foot deck and not only is it what we could afford, it also suited our needs perfectly. Still new to us so no problems thus far. There was a glitch on the Advaning site (for their $100 installation rebate) but after contacting them thru Amazon, they answered us right away and took many steps to correct the issue and make sure we were reimbursed…
Nothing but a headache. I purchased this a little over a year ago and was only able to use it for 1 season. When i tried to close the awning with the crank it was so hard that the hook actually cracked off. So I was only able to close it partially. The material part is moving to one side and the awning is now hanging on 1 side. It was a lot of money to only use the product for 1 season.Needless to say its Not worth the money.
