Bad Packing I gave this awning a 1 star rating due to the way it arrived. I have not been able to install it yet. The box it arrived in had one end covered with only a piece if loose cardboard attached with shipping tape. The corners were open and as I picked it up to move it, two bolts one nut and a washer fell out of the box. When I opened the box I found that the bottoms of all three of the parts bags had broken open and some of the parts to assemble the awning were missing. It only had nine of the…
Love it but with caution Firstly, I want to say beware there are a couple versions of this product available from Amazon suppliers, one version you should *DEFINITELY AVOID*. Older versions ship with a 1/8″ steel cable in the spring loaded retractable arms which is guaranteed to snap after a dozen uses, based on my experience.
