This is a PIECE OF CRAP!! First the item has common lately problem with very poor installation manuals.I retire from house remodeling, so with my qualification I was able to install 2 of those awnings in 14 and 16′ sizes alone, but you better get good helper for the job.So to start – you need really strong bolts for box awning.
