An AB “exactly what you’d expect” set â nice This set is exactly what I’ve come to expect from the AmazonBasics line: well built, not flashy, with some thoughtful assembly touches. The set comes knocked-down in a large shipping carton, and be forewarned that it is heavy (because, steel). Hardware is blister-packed and letter-keyed on a card, with a spare of each hardware piece included (thoughtful touch). The round tabletop is solid, with grooved “slats,” so the top surface isn’t smooth; the grooves are narrow, though, so it doesn’t…
Okay, so first of all the box was smashed up in delivery. This may have had something to do with the issues.This comes in with the whole Ikea style directions, and bolts/nuts/washers/allen wrench. While it isn’t “hard” to put together, it is a pain in the butt!First things, make sure you get yourself a totally different and completely stronger Allen Wrench to do this, as mine broke (see photos!).
