The product is fine, documentation is pathetic The product is fine. It works well, and it looks good. But the documentation and instructions received are insulting to the buyer. I’m an engineer, and I always assemble my own items, but I’ve never seen a more pathetic set of instructions with any product. What should have taken about 1.5 hours required about 6. Very easy setup with labeled parts. Puts off about half the amount of heat as a standard patio heaters that you can you can get for around $100. Where it shines is how beautiful it looks and the ambiance is 2nd to none. So I rated it right in the middle. I bought this after other reviews and knew it wouldnât put off much heat.
