Designed and built by someone who drinks too much; compounded by terrible customer no service. The patio heater showed up with the 3 pipes that form the vertical stand fitting together so poorly it seemed that the product was designed and manufactured by a someone who drinks too much. And this is an insult to drinkers. All made worse by the absolutely terrible customer service from the manufacturer who actually sent me 3 replacement pieces that fit together worse than the original pieces…. What is going on at this company? Further calls have been just as frustrating as they won’t…
