Attached are photos of what this looked like within 10 minutes of us setting it up We bought this for my daughter’s Birthday party. We opened it and set it up – using two people and following the instructions. By the time the thing was set up, one of the top poles was bend. As we tried to straighten it out, other poles became bent. We could not take the thing down because with the poles bent, it would not fold. This is a really nice canopy. Easy to put up and take down. We have BBQ’s down at the park by our house and use canopies regularly for that and then our yearly garage sale. We needed a second one so we could have one just for the playpens for the kids and one for the adults. Okay: As a petite woman with very thin/weak arms, let me say, I was able to assemble and disassemble this canopy all by myself, multiple times. It was a solid workout, but doable. I felt very proud. I was impressed with how easy the “pop-up” part was– It really is “EZ” and really does pop up. This canopy also stood in a very windy rainstorm, by surprise, and held up surprisingly well.
