These covers are beautifully made and look awesome These covers are beautifully made and look awesome, but they’re not waterproof. They leak at the seams and the rubberized undercoating sweats from the heat of the day. So, basically, when they’re not leaking from the rain, they’re dripping condensation all over the fabric cushions. If you purchase these, don’t expect your cushions to stay dry. If your fabric isn’t scotch guarded, they may end up looking like mine…all water stained! I am currently putting them on inside out so the…
Just arrived but wow… I’ve been through a few different chair covers. None have lasted more than a couple of years in spite of their claims about UV exposure, durability and mildew protection. Most literally disintegrated into a sorry mess long before they should have. Excellent purchase These are a great purchase for storing outdoor furniture. I have 4 Adarondac chairs on my covered deck. They are normal size and finished with a clear, shiny coat. (They were a gift and I do not know what the coating consists of.) I live in the country and get a lot of sun, wind, some rain and snow. The 4 covers have held up very well. No complaints so far.
