Unbelievable – bought an entire set for my new patio furniture, less than 5 months and the straps you use to secure them to the footings are rotten – all of them! I ordered this to cover a daybed on my back deck and the cover melted and fused to the metal frame. I went through their warranty department to file a claim and the process took FOREVER. They came back and told me it was not meant to cover any metal indoor furniture and that the indoor metal is why the cover melted. I did not find their warranty department helpful.
