This arrived on the scheduled delivery date and was very well-packaged. In fact, it took a long time for us to get all the layers of cardboard and padding off the product, which was fine since it was fully protected with no scratches. My one worry was the delivery of the item, and it all went very smoothly. We have other pieces of office furniture that match this set, so the book shelf is perfect.
