I love this shade!! II love this cordless roller shade. We hung it on our patio where the west sun glares and beats down making it impossible to use the patio ’till evening hours after the sun has set. Nice product but plastic fittings not resistant to direct sunlight. Make sure you understand the installation limitations. Dec 2016: Taking the blind down for winter storage and note that the plastic parts have become brittle and crack easily. I will try and get some replacement parts but its only been installed 6 months and already falling apart. I also noted that an end cap was missing and found it below the blind in my flower border. It is not a tight fit now but it was when I first installed it. Again this is unexpected deterioration. Looks like it might last another season but not confident beyond that. Having…
