I am incredibly disappointed with this product. I opened my package to discover that one of the chairs had a crack in it and chipped paint. There were abrasion marks on both of the seat backs of the chairs. I had already broken down the large box just so I could open up the package so that when I attempted to go through the process of returning it, it would cost me a half-day off from work just to arrange re-packing it and finding someone with a car large enough to drop the package back off at…
