Definitely recommended I don’t often post reviews, but this one deserves an exception. The only “hiccup” I encountered was that the printed manual only spoke of mounting to a brick or block wall and said nothing of mounting to a wood stud wall. That unease was quickly settled when I opened the mounting hardware package and found 2 kinds of mounting hardware for use on a masonry wall PLUS appropriate lag bolts and washers for mounting to a stud wall. I put up a ledger board first because I did not want to have to mount the support brackets exactly where the studs were – it also provided a level surface to work from because my 100-year-old house is no longer plumb. After the brackets were up, I used a sturdy step ladder at the center and lifted the canopy into place.
