Easy to Assemble, Difficult to Repair Purchased after many positive recommendations for the Sunbrella fabric. The umbrella arrived on-time and assembled easily…until I cranked it open the first time and the cord detached!!! Figured it would take less time to repair than to rebox and ship back for replacement. I was wrong. instead of having an easy-access mount-point for the cord, you have to try and thread it through a tiny hole that is inside the umbrella strut assembly.
