Bad Investment Nice Looking Heat Lamp. This is the second one that I purchased to make a pair. It works well and does put off enough heat to keep you warm as long as your sitting very close to it and the temperature is not below 40. The down side is if it breaks for any reason I suggest you throw it away. Don’t call the Manufacturer for parts. The parts are extremely expensive and can cost almost as much as the lamp to repair it. Example: I bought a fuse from the MFG. it cost $7.50 and $4.50 to ship. You…
Somewhere in the middle This product is both great and not so great. The great part is that with my covered deck, it does in fact warm me up when I’m out there for a few hours. It looks nice and easily matches a lot of rattan deck furniture.Now the not so great: It was a B&$&* to put together, the cord isn’t long enough (3 of the 8 feet the power cord is supposed to be is wrapped up inside the lamp and impossible to extend), and it uses a lot of electricity.
