When purchased in May 2017 gave this 3 stars. … When purchased in May 2017 gave this 3 stars. Now that we’ve had it for a few months, in the summer under a covered outdoor space, downgraded to 2 stars. The “copper” finish on the base has rusted through in several areas, and the finish is not warranted. The heating element “exploded” after five months – and was barely used during the summer. Fire Sense is replacing the lamp with the blown element. If using lamps outdoors, stick with stainless steel or painted. Lamp does give…
