2 thumbs up Update we have found it to be sensitive to wind and will easliy go out. Works well with no wind. Puts out good heat but we find it most comfortable to sit around it in a chair, with our feet up on the metal domed propane cover. Temp was 40 degrees outside. Be patient with the blue covering on the deflector. It takes some time to remove. Not difficult just takes time to do. The heater is easy to put together and instructions are easy to read. All of the bolts, nuts and screws are in a plastic covered piece of cardboard and all identified for you. It took us about an hour to assemble…
It saved Friendsgiving! Heated a table for 20. This gives off a lot of heat! Assembly took around 2.5 hours. It was very tippy assembled. The bolts at the bottom that are supposed to be able to optionally connect the 20 lb propane tank were too close together and we had to unscrew and hammer one off to fit the tank in. The ignition button was also never working. It had to be lit with a lighter which was scary. That part was very dissapointing after all of that assembly. Seems like a great heater, but worried about the quality of the materials I’m going to give this product a middle of the road review.I’ll start with the positives. The product is attractive. It works fine (or at least appears to–I haven’t put it completely through it’s paces yet). The assembly procedure was well documented and straightforward for someone familiar with assembling these kinds of things.
