I am impressed with the quality of the product.
We love this sectional! It’s pretty comfortable and spacious. It seems like it will also hold up really well. We had a few bumps because one of the pieces had some broken wood. But I called customer service and I have to say I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a better company. They took care of us with no issues or problems. One thing of note is that this is not a true red cushion. It’s more of a brick red or an orange red. We have it in a covered screened porch so hoping this is going to last…
We bought this to go around our fire pit. One of the pieces was broken upon opening. Contacted the company, and they sent the individual piece that was broken asap! It’s VERY easy to assemble. The red cushion we got aren’t as bright as we thought. But that is even better, I prefer them darker. The couch is very low to the ground. But we think it’s meant more for lounging. It’s super comfy, wide and the depth is so nice. We ended up separating the couch to become a small couch and chaise lounge…
