This bench pad is WAY too thick! It lifts you up about 4 inches off the ground, even when fibers are compressed. It is very puffy, and when you sit on it it feels as if you are sitting on a yoga ball, it throws you off balance there is such a significant variation of thickness between the puffs and the divits where it is tacked down.
