Hammock Whoopie Slings – 7/64″ Amsteel – 6′ Pair – Silver
These whoopie slings are made from 7/64″ Silver Amsteel, which consists of braided Dyneema. The material is extremely durable and has a strength rating comparable to that of steel – but weighs a fraction of what steel does and even floats! These have been field-tested by countless backpackers/campers looking to lighten their packs and increase the versatility of their camping hammock. They are easy to install on a variety of commercially-produced hammocks and nearly all D.I.Y. backpacking hammocks. By popular demand, all new Silver Whoopie slings feature a safety bead on the adjustable loop of the sling to prevent an accidental backsplice. The price has not changed!

Well made, strong and included safety beads **** This review was written for some hammock-hanging “whoopie slings” but the product ID seems to have changed to some sort of women’s clothing accessory.
