I really like this table as it looks great, chairs are comfortable, and it feels durable… however, it arrived broken and scratched. Too hard to say if that was a carrier issue or packing at the factory. In any case, might be too risky to spend your money.What is good- The look and feel of the wood is great. This set arrived via UPS in a well packaged cardboard “crate & pallet”. I was surprised that the table would require as much assembly as it was completely broken down. However the chairs were fully assembled. Assembly is pretty straight forward and I did not have any issues like some of the other reviewers. Overall the set looks quite nice and is as comfortable as any other folding chair I’ve had the pleasure of using. The table is not very sturdy and I feel it is going to break in short order…
This table looks very attractive and it wasn’t hard to put together. Unfortunately, the sliding part underneath the tabletop is attached with very short screws. It was attached when arrived, but fell off during assembly. One of the three screws was completely stripped (though we didn’t turn it), so we had to dig out larger, thicker screws from our toolbox to repair it. Seems okay now, but we’re going to be very careful how we move/handle this thing, because there’s no guarantee the runners will…
