On my enclosed porch I have (3) of the $20 Lowes fans spaced at 9 feet on center. I was replaced the middle one with the Honeywell fan, which is rated at over 5000 CFM. You don’t get what you don’t pay for! Looks good, very inexpensive and got nearly a five star rating on Amazon. My experience, not so good. You can hear this fan motor hum from 20 feet away, constantly. I bought two and they both make creaking noises occasionally, especially when first starting up. Did all the trouble shooting stuff to no avail. I have four Hunter fans, indoors, that are so quiet you would not know they were on even you didn’t see the blades spin.
