UPDATE:The day after I wrote the original review (see below) I tried calling Keter Customer Support again. This time I got through to an agent in a few minutes. The agent told me that the replacement hardware would be mailed out to me. However, it would take ten days for me to receive the hardware. (I did not tell the agent that I am a Vine reviewer.)Ten days is a while to wait for replacement hardware and to correct an error that Keter made to begin with…
With an item costing over $200 you would think that they would get the basics right… But not on this one. Here’s the deal, overall the box is good. Once assembled it is pretty sturdy, the hydraulic hinges on the lid are good and it functions as you would expect.
