Great fans but customer service does not respond My family and I own a lot of fans, from commercial fans to 1hp carpet blowers. We also own several of these Lasko Wind Machines. I like them for several reasons.1. Quality for the price. Normally I can purchase this model (one of the 3300 series) locally for about $40. $50 isn’t a bad price to get it delivered to an elderly parent’s front door.
