- ★ Installation: 1. Draw out the umbrella and pole from the hole on the patio table. 2. Install the Myard Cone Wedge onto the umbrella pole. 3. Insert the umbrella and pole back to the hole on the patio table. 4. Spin and push the Cone Wedge downard gently in order to have it sinked into the hole compactly. Worked but only with some effort….. I recently had a pool built with a baja shelf that had two umbrella sleeves installed. When we installed the umbrellas, they were very sloppy and had a constant lean. The sleeves were supposed to be 1 1/2″ and the umbrellas are 1 1/2″ but as everyone knows, the fit is never right.
