Completely Broken & had clearly been used before. Not New. As you can see in the pictures, the chair was completely broken when we got it out of the box. 3 of the 4 legs had the metal parts disconnected or the plastic foot chipped away. On top of that, it was very clear this chair had been used many times before. The bottoms of the plastic feet (the ones that were still intact anyway…) were completely scratched up as if the chair had been used regularly on a concrete surface. Definitely not new as advertised. Will be returned. Complete waste of time…
