SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Unfold both base weight bags with their lids facing up.
2. Fill each bag with sand (each holds approx. ½ cubic feet of sand) & close each lid.
3. Using the lifting loops, center both bags around the pole, securing with the Velcro straps.
4. When not in use, detach the Velcro, empty the sand, & store in a dry place.
