Really does take away the strain gravity causes on your body!! I am in total awe at this zero gravity chair! I was concerned about having to assemble it but it came fully assembled in the box and I only had to unfold it ( which took less then a minute). I sat in it and found that it reclines all the way to a horizontal position. ZERO GRAVITY it really is! It really does take away the strain caused by gravity.
