Descent Outdoor Blind. I purchased 3 of these blinds. They are made of a plastic type fabric. The mounting hardware is both metal and plastic. The draw chain is also plastic. The mechanism that the draw chain is attached to is made to keep the blind at the point of where it was opened so it stays put if it isn’t opened all the way. The bottom rail of the blind is metal and it has two adjustable rings that can be used to secure the bottom so it doesn’t move when the wind blows. I live in the south where the air is dry…

these rolling shades are great! I would have given them 5 stars For the price, these rolling shades are great! I would have given them 5 stars, but I noticed at the bottom of the shade where the bar is, there are end caps that hold the tie down rings in, (they of course also make it look nice too) the problem is they pop out really easily so if the rings are at the side and have and tension on them, they will come out and the cap will fall off. I easily fixed it by putting a small screw through the bottom of them into the middle of the bar which is metal…
