Finally shade over my patio!!! Bought three for my patio/pool area for the Texas heat. Strung them up with mounts on my eaves and fence posts, and long cords to reach over pool to back fence. So far so good!! If you want more height above your head, buy a few cheap 12′ paint poles at Lowes, and they’ll fit through the metal rings on Sail. Good value, looks great Well made, easy install and blocks plenty of sun light. However the canopy will stretch after first hanging, mine sagged about four feet over night. So plan on re-hanging or use adjustable come-along straps. It is not waterproof as many complaints have stated, duh. If it was waterproof, the canopy would fill with water and sag, then probably rip into pieces or tear out whatever item(s) you are using to secure the canopy in the air.This item really compliments my red wood deck well.
