Solid comfortable chair. Well packed. Piece of cake to assemble. The chair arrives in a very sturdy cardboard box. Parts are packed well. Just make sure you have all of the screws, washers,etc. My pack was open slightly but nothing was missing. Also the wrench they supply is almost always useless. I used a socket to hold the nuts while turning the hex wrench. It’s a 10mm. Anyway opening the box I could see that there were parts for the frame, the arms, seat and pivots.
