Very happy with this lounger We ordered 2 of these chairs. After reading other reviews about the assembly process, we were ready for a difficult time. Yes, the inside screws were slow going with the allen wrench only turning 1/2 turn each time but everything fit. The stretcher bars don’t actually fit INTO the predrilled slots but just butt up to them so don’t try to jam them into the slot. The screws will secure the stretchers to the legs just right. Nice product, slow to put together This chair is rugged and once put together, it is a very nice item. It is comfortable and sturdy. As for putting it together, it has only 20 bolts so one would expect to put it together in about 15 minutes. Instead, it took over an hour. The primary reason for this is that the chair comes with an Allen wrench (hex key) that does not fit all the provided bolts.
