They are deep and lean back nicely the way a chair should These chairs are first class. The cushions are firm and the chairs sit very well. They are deep and lean back nicely the way a chair should. They are a bit lower than chairs at a table, but that is perfect for lounge chairs. The arms are long and very nicely positioned. I just wish they offered other colors for the cushions. Priced well and nice looking, just ok quality Really atttractive and sturdy chairs! Great price too! Easy to assemble and i was very pleased, until about one week after casual use, my husband sat down kinda more on the front of the chair (vs sitting way back in seat), and he cracked right through the first seat-base rung/cross bar. Chair is still functional and i will repair it with a new piece of wood there, but kinda disappointing to have to do this. I guess for the price… but i really think it has mostly to do with the placement of…
