Quality drastically DECLINED in 2 years! I have 5 of these. One was damaged last year in a storm. I ordered the same one and the workmanship on this new one is very shoddy. The bamboo at the top which supports the rest of the shades is crooked and weak beyond belief. The rest of the shades are appropriately straight with clean lines, even considering the “natural” components. There is now too much light showing through than there was on the originals I bought 2 years ago. Color variance isn’t a problem but it frustrates…
Not the quality of years past I ordered four Radiance Laguna Bamboo Roll-Up Blinds two seasons ago and have been very happy with them. I like these blinds because they are easy to put year and year with simple cable ties.I wanted an additional four this season and the difference in the quality of the bamboo and the quality of the way the blind is put together is dramatic. Buyer Beware, mine broke on 1st day, doesn’t block sun, very poor quality, reconsider as a gift! This is one of the worst products as far as blinds go. I am regretful to have to leave a poor review but it has been my experience that this item is so poorly made, and it does not block much sun, and on the first day, the pull strings somehow came undone from their pulleys and I have NO idea HOW to restring them. Now I’m left with a long heavy blind that I cannot roll up at all. I should have heeded the warnings of the other customers who bought this item and said it was shoddy and not…
