A few adjustments to make it taut and straight We were very excited to receive this item for our back patio deck. We have 3 neighbors on the right side of our patio that appears to be busy and it’s nice to finally have some privacy. Installing was difficult due to the challenge of installing it onto our home siding. We mounted the post onto our patio and it was very hard to screw in but it was very secure. Great fit, great look … very pleased with this side awning I bought this product because my next-door neighbors recently built a lanai with a built-in pool that looks directly into my screened lanai and my spa, greatly affecting our mutual privacy. The retractable awning is smoky grey, which is a very good match, given the Sedona pattern of my spa. The divider was easy to install.
