So, this set arrived in one box, which was so heavy that it tore everywhere. This was after I received an email from the seller that it would arrive in 2 to 4 boxes. Thankfully, only one of the chairs is scuffed. However, there are no instructions or hardware, could have fallen out of the box… I’ve emailed the seller and they are so far very responsive, so that is a plus. My initial review wasn’t very good, because of no markings on the parts and screws, and having a few stabilizers missing. A representative from Suncrown called, which really impressed me, to apologize and offer to make things right. He offered to send me the stabilizers needed for the table. He also asked how they could do things better, to which I replied add the labels on the different pieces in order to make assembly easier.
