Overall a nice product
Can’t get a remote that works I install the awning and had some problems with the remote got it to work for a little while. Then I called about a replacement and asked if I could get a replacement or is there a reset procedure for this remote. So far I haven’t got a remote that works. I would like to know what company makes the remotes. I finally got and answer!!!! I would not recommend this product at all the remotes only last about 4 months and quit.
