Defective Design– Don’t buy this until they fix it Update 9-5-19 the replacement they sent broke in the same place. At least this one lasted 4 months. What a waste of money I am past the return date now. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!Had this up about one week and the same problem that at least two other reviewers mentioned happened to mine. Defect in umbrella May 25th. It is May 25th, Memorial Day Weekend…. We have guests, sun, and NO umbrella.My husband just spend 1 hour+ trying to temporarily fix the broken umbrella…we put it up… and because the WIRE that goes through the whole top part can not be properly connected/welded shut (so that the metal brackets stay in place), it came apart again in 1 minute.This umbrella should NOT be sold …. until this defect is corrected.May15th, corresponded with “Sunnyglade”, got a…
